When rain or poor soil conditions threaten your construction schedule, Ruston Paving offers job site soil drying services that make a difference. By using Portland cement or lime to treat over-saturated soil, we help stabilize the subgrade, reduce moisture content, and improve compaction — all critical for a safe, durable foundation.

Asphalt Milling and Resurfacing
In cases where asphalt has been neglected, more extensive work may be required. This could involve a complete removal of the existing asphalt pavement or a more straightforward resurfacing or overlay process. Our team assesses your specific needs to recommend the most effective solution.

Soil Stabilization and Full-Depth Reclamation
Our commitment to delivering long-lasting results extends to evaluating the strength of the subgrade for your new asphalt surface. Sometimes, enhancing the underlying materials is essential to establish a robust foundation that can effectively support the new pavement. We offer soil stabilization and full-depth reclamation services to ensure the stability of your project.

Excavation, Grading, Storm Drainage and Stone Base
When a new pavement section is needed, we provide a comprehensive, turnkey solution. This includes excavation, grading, and the installation of a robust stone base before topping it off with a fresh layer of high-quality asphalt pavement. We take care of every step of the process, ensuring your project is executed seamlessly.

Specialized Athletic and Recreational Surfaces
Although asphalt is mostly found in parking lots and roadways, we specialize in the repair and construction of less common athletic and recreational surfaces. Examples of these are walking trails, running tracks, tennis courts and pickleball courts.

Asphalt Pavement Repair and New Construction
For over 80 years, Ruston Paving has been providing excellent service to our customers. We specialize in both new asphalt pavement construction and asphalt pavement repairs for commercial and industrial projects.

Parking Lots, Roadways and Subdivisions
Asphalt pavement is mostly found on parking lots and roadways. Most of our work involves the construction and repair of these more common asphalt surfaces.
Commercial Parking Lot Repair & Replacement
Parking Lot Repair
For commercial and industrial properties, timely parking lot repair can prevent small problems from becoming larger liabilities. Ruston Paving provides asphalt patching, crack sealing, and surface milling to correct isolated damage and restore safe, usable pavement.
Our crews plan around your operating hours to minimize interruption and keep your lot accessible.
Parking Lot Replacement
When asphalt damage is widespread or the subbase has failed, full parking lot replacement may be the most practical approach. Ruston Paving removes the existing pavement, inspects the base material, and rebuilds the lot to support long-term use.
We construct commercial parking lots that meet performance needs, traffic demands, and site-specific requirements.
