Recent Projects in Watertown and the Surrounding Area

First United Methodist Church

Watertown, NY

First United Methodist Church needed to smooth out there parking lot that had served them for many years. Although the lot had some rough areas, the base of the asphalt was still in good shape. So, our team went in and keyed in the parking lot near the road for it to be flush and smooth at the entrance to the church. Next, we overlayed the parking lot with a surface course to give the parking lot a brand-new look and smooth the ride for the congregation.

Love’s Travel Stop

Watertown, NY

Love’s Travel Stop built a new truck stop just north of Watertown, off of Route 81. This new construction needed heavy duty asphalt that could withstand the numerous tractor trailers driving and parking on it. Our team fine graded the existing gravel brought in from the general contractor for optimal drainage due to the large square footage of the area. We then put down both a high strength polymer binder and topcoat that could withstand the heavy truck traffic.

Pepsi Bottling Group

Watertown, NY

Pepsi Bottling Group’s facility in Watertown had a rough section in their trucking yard that needing a cost-effective repair to withstand tractor trailer traffic. The trucks had also damaged a concrete pad over time that needed to be removed and replaced. Our team went in and demoed the concrete pad. We then used a process called asphalt reclamation that recycles both the asphalt layers and the subbase. This process to creates a strong foundation, making an inexpensive but effective fix.
