Ruston Paving's Northern VA Division successfully completed a job site drying project at the Dabney Distribution Center for RW Murray. The existing soil was too wet for construction, causing delays, but Ruston Paving's crews applied Portland cement to the unsuitable soil. This solution enabled construction to proceed smoothly despite the challenges of Virginia's wet winter months.
