Our Durham division recently held a Kick-Off Party at its shop to recognize the accomplishments from the 2011 season and set the tone for the current 2012 season. Mark Rogers, Ruston Paving's NC regional manager, along with Dennis Lougee, general superintendent of our Durham division, hosted the event. One highlight was the recognition of all our employees who worked the entire 2011 season without sustaining an accident or safety violation. In keeping with a sports theme, other notable awards given out were Rookie of the Year, Most Improved Player and Comeback Player of the Year. Our continued effort to complete jobs safely while maintaining a high level of quality was also stressed. Best of luck to all our crews this year!
