Ruston Paving held some in-house training for grading operators in our New York divisions. The training, which was held at Hanson Aggregates’ Jamesville quarry, was moderated by John Benedict, our director of grading operations. The training focused on the safe and proper operation of the motor grader for achieving desired grades on a project site. Our newer operators did a great job grasping the concepts and putting them into practice while our more experienced operators found the training a valuable refresher.
