Honda Aircraft Company, whose world headquarters is in Greensboro, needed to expand its adjacent HondaJet facility that develops, builds and sells planes. The expansion is expected to add 100 jobs by the end of 2015. BE&K Building Group, A Pernix Group Company, was the general contractor tasked with completing the building expansion and contracted Ruston Paving to add three parking lots to handle the additional employees.
Our Manassas division worked for the BE&K Building Group, then known as KBR Building Group, in 2014 on a project in Arlington, Virginia. KBR was so impressed with the quality of our work that they reached out to us for the HondaJet project and we were only too happy to continue to work together.
