Ruston Paving's Watertown division just completed a high profile project in the Raymour & Flanigan Plaza located on Arsenal Street, the city's main thoroughfare. The parking lot's pavement was cracked and broken so our crews milled out the deteriorated asphalt, keyed in the edges and overlayed the designated area.
The owners were very pleased with the efforts of our crews as the businesses in the plaza were able to remain open throughout the reconstruction process, and the project was completed before bad weather set in.
