Here at Ruston Paving, we've had the pleasure of recognizing several of our employees this month who have been with us for a number of years. Pictured below on the left (then moving clockwise), Oscar Brizuela recently celebrated his 5th year with us. Ben Miller, our division manager in Manassas, was only too happy to heap praise on Oscar saying he's a multi-faceted worker who has been crucial in helping our northern Virginia operations to grow. Jason "Hawk" Lewis was also acknowledged for his 5 years of service. His ability to drive truck, operate equipment, or put his boots to work on the ground make his a tremendous asset to the company. RJ Haley was trying hard to contain his enthusiasm as he was congratulated by Tom Nelson, our division manager in Syracuse, for achieving his 10 year anniversary. Always quick to volunteer to help out other offices, RJ has taken on a leadership role as of late as he manages the crew that travels extensively to service the CSX Railroad Crossings projects. Lastly, Dave Richardson was recognized for hitting the 20 year mark! Sarge, as he's affectionately known, began his career with us as a paving crew laborer and came up through the ranks to his current position as superintendent of our Syracuse operations. Dave also wears the hat of director of paving operations and is always willing to do whatever he can to accomplish the mission - DR bleeds Ruston blue!
Thanks to all of you for your many years of service!!
