The many patrons of the Waterloo Premium Outlets had taken their toll on its asphalt parking areas. Consequently, several sections needed to be replaced. Our Rochester crews made short work of the job by milling out the deteriorated pavement and installing a new binder and surface course of asphalt.
We are proud to say that this is not the first project Ruston Paving has completed for Simon Property Group, the outlets' parent company, and we are certainly hopeful to be working on another of its locations soon.
