DDS chose Ruston Paving to install the binder and top course of asphalt pavement. This parking lot will serve as an overflow lot for the URMC (University of Rochester Medical Center), which comprises the university's primary medical education, research and patient care facilities. The University of Rochester is the number one employer in the greater Rochester area.
