Our Northern VA Division was recently contracted by EDC to overlay the Turnpike Shopping Center in Fairfax. In addition to the asphalt overlay, the shopping center got a new façade along with some new tenants, namely Ross Dress for Less and Caribou Coffee. Because the shopping center's existing stores were to remain open throughout the job, our crews worked closely with EDC to ensure minimal disruption. This required that each phase of work had a 24 hour turnaround time. Both the owner, Combined Properties, and general contractor, EDC, were very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship Ruston Paving displayed throughout the job.
