The combination of a very wet fall, near record snows and the late arrival of spring with record-breaking rainfall has hindered progress for the start of this year's construction season. Pressured with one of the larger backlogs that we have seen in several years, our project managers struggled to get the work started and completed due to weather delays. Unfortunately, we are in a business that is dependent on good weather for the completion of our work. Even when the rain stops, it takes a few days for things to dry out. Now that better weather has arrived, we are able to gear up and complete the projects as anticipated!
