Seneca County Courthouse Complex – Ovid, New York
Ruston Paving completed the paving on a multi-year reconstruction project at the Seneca County Courthouse. The general contractor, Frank J. Marianacci, needed our crews to install the asphalt binder and top course once the building renovations were finished.
Constructed between 1845 and 1860, the three government buildings that comprise the Seneca County Courthouse Complex are considered an architectural landmark. To most, however, they are known as The Three Bears.
