A crew from our Durham division recently paved the new Mebane Mill Lofts in the growing city of Mebane. The building was an old textile mill that had been vacant before being converted into a 75-unit apartment complex. Situated between the Triangle and Triad areas of North Carolina, Mebane’s population has nearly doubled in the last decade.
