Ruston Paving recently worked with The Anderson Company to install an emergency access road at a new section of condominiums at Laurel Highlands. The project's scope of work called for our crews to install the stone subbase and pave the base layer of hot mix asphalt. Due to on going construction by building contractors, we'll be back in the fall to pave the surface course on the new roadway as well as in front of the new club house.
