Our Virginia crews recently completed various asphalt repairs and an asphalt overlay of the parking lot at the new IHOP Restaurant in Richmond, Viginia. Previously a bank before being renovated into a restaurant, the parking areas needed to be patched in places while full depth repairs were needed in others. We were contracted through our Durham division by Patterson McClain, a general contractor from the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area. We hauled the stone from Luck Stone's Richmond plant and the hot mix asphalt came from Branscome's Deep Water plant due to its proximity to the job. Hats off to Brandon Levac and his paving crew for doing a fantastic job.
