Randy Ketola began his career with Ruston Paving on a paving crew in our Rochester division and quickly advanced to the position of paving foreman. Although he was performing admirably, Randy felt that our grading operations would better suit his skill set so he became a foreman on one of our grading crews.
In 2006, an opportunity arose out of our Manassas division. Because of his versatility, Randy was asked to transfer to Virginia. After careful deliberation, Randy and his family moved South. He already could grade and pave but received his Class A license so he could also move equipment, which truly made him a jack of all trades. Now that Manassas is firing on all cylinders, Randy has settled back into his role as a grading foreman but he will always be ready to help if need be. Thanks for your 15 years of dedicated service, Randy!
