The Woodlake Community is no stranger to Ruston Paving’s Durham office. Over the last decade, we have developed many budgets, bids and completed several projects in this neighborhood. It has even been called home for a few of our employees.
In 2011, the Woodlake Homeowners Association (WHOA) invited Ruston Paving to collaborate on a budget and make recommendations for their community's deteriorating clubhouse parking lot. As with prior years, Ruston Paving was again selected as the contractor of choice.
WHOA selected the full depth reclamation option because of its uniform restoration to the lot’s unsuitable base as well as its prolonged life span in comparison to a traditional repair and overlay option.
