An increase in returning veterans had rendered the current parking area at the Canandaigua Medical Center inadequate. Once Keuka Construction, the general contractor on the job, awarded the work to Ruston Paving, our Rochester division's forces mobilized on site. After we excavated the area adjacent to the existing parking lot and placed the subbase stone, one of our paving crews paved the required two courses of hot mix asphalt.
