The Target in Raleigh needed a new asphalt surface. The project's general contractor, L. Keeley Construction, contracted Ruston Paving to perform the work. Before any new paving could begin, our Durham based crews milled the existing asphalt surface in order to make room for the new overlay. As the second largest retailer in the United States, it was imperative that the store remain open during its normal operating hours. Therefore, the work was performed in phases to ensure adequate customer access to the store.
