With the snow finally gone, coupled with sunshine and warmer temperatures, our New York Ruston Paving crews have started working in 2014. The first job out of the gate is the reconstruction of the Dewitt Town Center (formerly Heckinger Plaza) in Dewitt to make way for the site's new tenant, Time Warner Cable. Some of the significant improvements being made are the relocation of curbs and islands, storm water drainage installation, and entry/exit road reconstruction.
