Ruston Paving has been working on a multi-phased project in 2014 to refurbish the Parkway Plaza. New stores, The Fresh Market and At Home, will anchor the plaza, which was originally built in 1983. Rivercrest Realty, the plaza's property management company, is a longtime client of Ruston Paving and we are proud to be working on this showcase property.
This particular project had pavement areas in various states of deterioration that required us to use many construction repair processes, namely full depth reclamation, asphalt milling, asphalt paving and sealcoating. Through a coordinated effort of all involved, we were able to keep the plaza open to the public during all phases of the renovation.
