Ruston Paving was contracted by Muter Construction to complete a mill and repave at the North Carolina National Guard Troop Motor Pool Facility. We coordinated the schedule with the National Guard to minimize disruption to their operations. The National Guard is pleased with their rehabilitated parking lot.
