The Millbrook Collection shopping center was in need of some pavement repair. Our project management team met with representatives from Rivercrest Realty, Millbrook's property management company, and it was determined that only the surface course of asphalt needed to be replaced. So our crews milled off the deteriorated pavement and installed a new lift of asphalt. The project was completed in stages so as not to interrupt the public's access to the stores.
