The parking lot at the Holiday Inn in Liverpool was in need of some improvements. The age of the pavement had caused it to become cracked and brittle - nothing that a Ruston Paving mill & fill couldn't fix. So our Syracuse crews came in and removed the top two inches of asphalt and installed two inches of surface mix. Due to events being held at the hotel, the project was phased per the owner's direction. Once the paving was completed, the remainder of the parking lot was sealed and striped.
