Hemlock Plaza Partners, an affiliate of Colliers International, contracted our Triangle Region of NC Division to refurbish Hemlock Plaza. Because the pavement was severely deteriorated in many areas, we recycled the asphalt using our full depth reclamation process that created a stable base on which we could pave. Because all the businesses were to remain open during construction, safety, proper signage, and effective communication was paramount as our crews carried out the different phases of the job.
The Plaza is a lifestyle center with a heavy emphasis on personal fitness and key neighborhood services for the Cary community. Our crews did a fantastic job as evidenced by the many compliments they received while on site.
