Ruston Paving again teamed up with Whispering Pines Site Development to pave the Child Development Center (CDC) at Fort Belvoir’s North Area. Whispering Pines has performed numerous CDC buildings, which provide care for military families on bases throughout the east coast. The general contractor for the project was Atlantic Marine Construction (AMC), who has been awarded for their achievements in this specialty field. This project is scheduled for completion by late summer of 2014.
