Tri Properties contracted Ruston Paving to rehabilitate the parking areas at Chelsea Place - Imperial Center. This project marks the seventh year in a row that Ruston Paving has worked on one of Tri Properties' locations. This particular parking area was milled our by our crews on the weekend and paved over the course of the following week. Through a collaborative team effort, the required work was completed in phases so as to accommodate the busy work schedule of the building's tenants.
