A large consumer goods manufacturer in the Richmond area had plans to remove and replace some failing areas of a large parking lot. During conversations with the project’s general contractor about the scope of work, we suggested a full depth reclamation (FDR) option that would save the company both time and money while still maintaining their tight schedule.
While they were initially unfamiliar with FDR, our experience with and explanation of the process gave them the piece of mind to move forward with the value engineering option. As usual, our Ruston Paving crews did not disappoint as the project turned out beautifully and lived up to all expectations.
