They are installing 800 tons of base course for the final phase of 2010 at the Strategic Planning and Development Facility. Randy Ketola, John Parish and Carlos Luna spent over a week performing various dig outs and installing over 900 tons of stone in below freezing temperatures to get the last parking lot ready for asphalt. Manhattan Construction is very happy that most of job is now protected from the weather. We will be back in the spring to install 1,400 tons of surface course.
