Ruston Paving paved the parking areas that will serve the new dining facility of the 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, based at Fort Bragg, NC. H-S Joint Venture, the project's general contractor was awarded the contract to construct the new dining facility. At 26,500 square-feet, the facility will provide meals for 800-1300 personnel. While the unit was originally formed in New York in 1923 as an antiaircraft unit, the current mission of the 108th is to provide air defense force protection from air-breathing threats and tactical ballistic missiles.
