Ruston Paving was contracted by Transwestern through ECS to perform full depth reclamation work at Metro Park - one of their award winning commercial properties - located in Alexandria, Virginia. This project consists of replacing the entire parking lot surrounding Bldg II and III, which required seven phases to accommodate the parking demand. Each phase required milling, full depth reclamation, and asphalt overlay.
