While undergoing a large-scale renovation of the parking lot at Bensley Park, unstable subbase was encountered throughout the site delaying the job and costing money. We were originally contracted by Southwood Builders to fine grade and pave, but they asked us to help come up with a solution.
We formulated a plan and mix design to perform full depth reclamation to stabilize the parking lot footprint, and then installed two layers of asphalt paving, saving them money and getting the project schedule back on track.
