The old tobacco warehouses in Durham were refurbished to create Peabody BioLabs, a shared lab and incubator space for life science companies. This project had a wide scope of work for us that required our crews from our Raleigh–Durham paving division to provide asphalt milling, full depth reclamation, and asphalt paving.
