The office complex parking lot at 370 Woodcliff Drive in Victor, New York was in need of some TLC. Drainage isues needed to be addressed, granite curbs needed to be reset and the asphalt pavement had deteriorated over the years due to an unstable subgrade. The original parking area had been constucted over roughly 20 feet of fill material. After weighing the reconstruction options with Ruston Paving, REIT Management & Research decided to have us utilize the full depth reclamation (FDR) with Portland cement method of rehabilitating the parking area. The site is currently in the curing phase and is stabilizing as expected. Once the area is solidified, one of our paving crews will be mobilized to pave the asphalt binder and top course. This project truly exemplified the benefits of FDR!
