The entrance to the Kroger Supermarket at Southpoint Crossing was in dire need of repair; however, the store was to remain open while the work was being completed. Regency Centers, Southpoint Crossing’s property management company, contracted Ruston Paving to do the work based on our flexibility, efficiency and competitive pricing. During the time the store is normally closed, from 1:00am to 6:00am, we were able to mill out the bad areas and install the asphalt pavement, which allowed the store to open one of its two entrances. By mid-morning, the entire project was completed including the re-striping. Hats off to all those involved with making this project a success!
