2013 Leadership Retreat – Charlotte, North Carolina

Ruston Paving’s foremen and management team recently completed a Leadership Retreat in Charlotte, NC. The focus of the retreat was safety, communication and teamwork. McDonald’s – Biscoe, North Carolina

Ruston Paving linked up with Freeman & Associates to pave another McDonald’s, which makes 10 locations over the past 6 years we’ve partnered to renovate. This existing restaurant in Biscoe was getting a facelift along with new handicapped areas and drive-thru lanes.  Our crews installed the stone base and paved a surface lift of asphalt pavement.

Oak Summit Shopping Center – Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Our Greensboro crews recently repaired some deteriorated pavement at Oak Summit Shopping Center, which is managed by Rivercrest Realty Associates.  Working together, Rivercrest’s representatives and our project management team identified the areas to be fixed.  Our crews then saw cut and removed the old pavement, repaired the subbase, and installed a new wearing surface of hot mix asphalt to the cutout areas.  All the...
