Ruston Paving recently implemented a daily Stretch ‘n’ Flex program for all our employees. Just like an athlete who needs to stretch before a game, our workers are no different. The program’s stretches can prepare the body for everyday work stresses. This is done through stretching and strengthening the specific muscles that are commonly associated with strains and sprains. When performed regularly before physical work, these exercises will reduce the incidences of muscle strains and sprains.
